Professional biography
I am no novice in the art and the science of test preparation. I have more than twenty-seven years of experience assisting students prepare for standardized tests. I began my career in test preparation with The Princeton Review. While with that firm, I received substantial and on-going training on the nature of the LSAT, the SAT and ACT and on the pedagogies that had been proven effective at allowing students to raise their scores. During my tenure at TPR, I was promoted several times and eventually received the designation of "Premier Tutor” for SAT/ACT and “Master Trainer” for LSAT.
That work – and the even more extensive pedagogical work statistical analysis of exams that I have done since leaving The Princeton Review in 2005 – has enabled me to assist students to master high-stakes standardized tests.
I have studied every released exam in detail. I have spent thousands of hours identifying patterns and trends on each exam type. I analyzed the test results and homework assignments of thousands of student. I did all of this so that my students would come to view the SAT, the ACT and even the LSAT not as an insurmountable obstacle to overcome but rather as a catapult to launch them into their next level of education.
In my time as a test prep coach and admissions consultant, I have helped thousands of students gain admission to every one of this nation's elite institutions of higher learning. More importantly, I have helped my students secure cumulative financial aid awards in an amount that now surpasses ONE BILLION DOLLARS.
My goal for all of my students is a simple one: FREE COLLEGE OR LAW SCHOOL. If we work together, it is a goal that we can achieve.
